Get grounded and connect with nature in this all-levels outdoor gentle yoga class in Woodhaven Nature Conservancy Regional Park.

Secure your spot: You must prepay to secure your spot! We do not have the ability to issue refunds, so if you can’t make it you can send a friend in your place. We rely on each registration fee in this limited space class to cover our costs. Please RSVP on this event page and send an e-transfer in the amount of $12.00 to friendsofwoodhaven@gmail.com and put your name and “forest yoga” in the message box. If you don’t use online banking please send an email to the same address to arrange prepayment with cash. Thank you!

What to bring: Your yoga mat if you have one (we will also have extra mats if you don’t); water bottle; and weather appropriate clothing, including warm layers. It can be chilly in the forest!
